New Community Hub | Templar’s Primary School, Coventry | £350k

Keystone delivered project management, cost consultancy, and client-side advisory services for the new Community Hub at Templar’s in Coventry. 


Working in close partnership with the school, contractor, and design team, we managed the successful delivery of this complex scheme on a live site - completed on time and within budget.

New Feature Residential Property | Warwickshire | £2m

Keystone is providing client-side representation, along with project and cost management, for a new-build residential property in Warwickshire. 


Positioned at the top of a valley and shaped by challenging ground and site conditions, this home is being designed and delivered to offer state-of-the-art accommodation for generations to come.

Café Refurbishment & Improvements | Herbert Art Gallery, Coventry | £150k

  Keystone provided client-side advice for the refurbishment and upgrade of the Herbert Art Gallery’s main café restaurant. 


The project was delivered in partnership with the landlord and gallery operators, with works carefully planned to ensure minimal downtime.

Refurbishment & Hospitality Fitout | NEC Group, Birmingham | £5m

Ongoing Project & Asset Support | South Oxfordshire & The Vale of the White Horse District Council

Keystone provided client-side support for the complete fit-out and refurbishment of the hospitality suites at NEC’s BP Pulse Live Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham. 


Delivered in carefully planned phases over several months, we worked closely with the venues, contractors and wider stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, quality delivery and a first-class experience for guests

Keystone is supporting the Councils across their leisure portfolio with a range of services designed to inform decision-making and deliver best value. 


Our role includes undertaking detailed condition surveys to assess the current estate, preparing feasibility studies to explore future opportunities, authoring business cases to support investment and providing strategic cost advice to ensure projects are both achievable and sustainable.

Keystone are providing project management and contract administration services for a new-build residential care home for women aged 18 to 65. 


Despite the site being tightly constrained on all boundaries and presenting challenging ground conditions, the scheme is being delivered on time and within budget through close collaboration with the care provider and developer.
