Keystone is delivering PMO Services and Client-Side Project Management for a landmark development at Cadley Park, Swadlincote — a new state-of-the-art leisure centre alongside Grade A office accommodation.

The scheme will replace outdated facilities with a modern, purpose-built community hub, combining high-quality leisure amenities with co-located office space for Council staff.

 Completion is scheduled for early 2028.

Keystone is working with the Councils to support their leisure portfolio through a suite of services that guide decision-making and maximise value.

Our involvement spans detailed condition surveys to assess the existing estate, feasibility studies to identify future opportunities, the preparation of robust business cases to underpin investment and the provision of strategic cost advice to ensure projects are both deliverable and sustainable.

Keystone are providing Programme Management and Client-Side Support services for a large-scale redevelopment of The Parade in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Working in partnership with Warwick District Council, Warwickshire County Council and Royal Leamington Spa Town Council, Keystone is driving a wide-ranging programme of public realm & infrastructure works that will enhance The Parade for residents, visitors and businesses by creating space for people and activities, fostering a vibrant, sociable and inclusive environment.

Keystone provided client-side support for the complete fit-out and refurbishment of the hospitality suites at NEC’s BP Pulse Live Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham. 

Delivered in carefully planned phases over several months, we worked closely with the venues, contractors and wider stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, quality delivery and a first-class experience for guests

 Keystone is partnering with Holy Cross Catholic MAC to create, implement, and manage a rolling programme of annual capital improvement works across their estate of seven primary schools and two secondary schools in Coventry.

This strategic collaboration, combined with a dedicated project delivery service, safeguards the MAC’s property assets while ensuring that more than 4,000 pupils benefit from modern, engaging and inspiring learning environments

  Keystone provided Client-Side Advice for the refurbishment and upgrade of the Herbert Art Gallery’s main café restaurant. 

The project was delivered in partnership with the landlord and gallery operators, with works carefully planned to ensure minimal downtime.

Keystone is providing Client-Side Representation, along with Project and Cost Management, for a new-build residential property in Warwickshire. 

Positioned at the top of a valley and shaped by challenging ground and site conditions, this home is being designed and delivered to offer state-of-the-art accommodation for generations to come.

Keystone delivered Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Client-Side Advisory services for the new Community Hub at Templar’s in Coventry. 

Working in close partnership with the school, contractor, and design team, we managed the successful delivery of this complex scheme on a live site - completed on time and within budget.

Keystone provided Project Management and Contract Administration services for a new-build residential care home for women aged 18 to 65. 

Despite the site being tightly constrained on all boundaries and presenting challenging ground conditions, the scheme was delivered on time and within budget through close collaboration with the care provider and developer.
