
Keystone is delivering PMO Services and Client-Side Project Management for a landmark development at Cadley Park, Swadlincote — a new state-of-the-art leisure centre alongside Grade A office accommodation.
The scheme will replace outdated facilities with a modern, purpose-built community hub, combining high-quality leisure amenities with co-located office space for Council staff.
Completion is scheduled for early 2028.

Keystone provided Project Management and Contract Administration services for a new-build residential care home for women aged 18 to 65.
Despite the site being tightly constrained on all boundaries and presenting challenging ground conditions, the scheme was delivered on time and within budget through close collaboration with the care provider and developer.
